City Kaster

Purpose of the site is the help local businesses and people connect, local businesses will be able to advertise and target local communities and clients, while local people will be able to review those local businesses, discuss things concerning the community, submit and review local news, and places, and people and businesses will be able to submit events happening in the community.
Now down to navigating and using the site,  first thing is to adjust your privacy setting which is already explained under "I signed up now what" question, second would probably be to find your local city under the Cities tab and join those groups, next you can start sending some friend requests and start making connections.
There is plenty to do around the site, you can jump on the chat room and see what is being said there, or perhaps submit a local story or give thumbs up or down to the ones already there, you can also suggest a place to go under the review group for your city, or a place to avoid and quickly explain why, other users can give thumbs up or down on our submission and or comment as well.
And of course if you want to suggest a new feature or anything that comes to mind you can send us an email using the Contact Us page.

Well as you probably read everything revolves around the groups and cities, as default all the information is public, it is very advisable to go to your profile then privacy and under privacy there are three tabs, Activity Privacy, Friends Privacy and Messaging Privacy, it is advisable to at least change the setting under Activity Privacy, and make your own activity private, to do this simple tick the box that says "Apply Globally on Save?" and under "Who can View this" pick friends. This way only your friends would have access to your Activity but whatever you post in Groups will be public, which is the whole concept of this site :).

Here you can find all the members or users of the site, you can search for users locally and become friends to better follow their activity. Make connections and have fun!

Are the main purpose of this community, everything revolves around Groups, they go from Estates to Cities and Sub-Groups of cities where you can check out information pertaining to your city or local area, in these subgroups you can find information from the best places to eat to the next band that's coming to town, or perhaps when there is a major accident blocking a street. This real time information could be used to avoid delays in traffic and much more.  Under each major city there are sub city groups, where you can find more specific information about your City such as Event, Reviews, News etc..

The home page is used for registration and to log into the site.

A Kast is an update about you local area or community, Kast can be used to report a link or a status update.
